Never have all the great leaders for peace in the world gathered. Mikhail Gobachev and the Gorbachev Foundation organized this 5th attempt to do so in Rome in 2004, called the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates. The Dalai Lama and many other Nobel Peace Prize Laureates helped convey the message to all peoples: peace must be achieved on the path towards a better world - and we must be active to achieve it.
