Please watch with your children, please forward so children see this wonderful short film, re-broadcast with permission from Trace's Mom. Stephen and Trace (now much older teenagers) were disappointed in the amount of information their school taught about the U.S. bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. So, they decided to find out more all on their own! Now they share with you what they found.

The Philadelphia chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility, led by Pat Harner, decided they had to take action. On April 15th 2007, A Nore'easter storm hit Philadelphia...and the race went on anyway - the problem is too severe to let a little rain interfere. When you hear the poems of the young people bruised by gun violence, you'll know the reasons why everybody wants a solution...

Dan Orzech shows Pierre his new home, built as a Green, sustainable home design. Many Japanese style elements were used as part of this beautiful dwelling on the banks of the Schuylkill River near Phoenixville Pennsylvania. Geothermal heating and cooling, passive solar design, radiant-floor heating, natural clay products, pre-fabricated basement wall panels (structurally integrated or "SIP" panels) and an innovative hot tub (made of a simple concrete cylinder) are all part of this wonderful home.

In the forest there is no such thing as garbage! Everything works together without harming anybody.  They find ways to get along because they need each other.  Pierre talks about how people can learn to think like a forest. When we think like a forest, we seen many things newly. We see that waste does not exist, we can make our own food, and we can take only what we need - no more. We see that all living things have a right to live their lives, too. We see how to live together, and we see how to run a business - all by thinking like a forest.
